From first conversation to final delivery
It starts with a call or meeting — in person if you're in Mumbai, or over video if you're elsewhere. We learn about your story, your families, your vision for the day. This isn't a sales pitch — it's a genuine conversation to see if we're the right fit for each other. There's no pressure, and no obligation.
Based on our discussion, we create a customized proposal within 48 hours. This includes detailed coverage plans, exact deliverables, realistic timelines, and transparent pricing. No hidden costs, no confusing tier systems — just clear, honest information so you can make an informed decision.
To secure your date, we require a signed agreement and a 30% advance. Once booked, your date is exclusively ours — we don't overcommit or double-book. You'll receive a detailed questionnaire to help us understand your wedding better.
Two weeks before your wedding, we schedule a detailed planning call. We review your timeline event by event, discuss key moments you want captured, identify important family members, and plan logistics. If it's a destination wedding, we may do a venue scout in advance.
We arrive prepared, calm, and focused — with backup equipment, charged batteries, and a clear understanding of your priorities. Our team moves seamlessly through your celebration, capturing moments without disrupting them. You focus on being present — we'll handle the memories.
After careful curation and editing — typically 4-6 weeks depending on your package — your images are delivered in a beautiful private online gallery. High-resolution downloads, easy sharing with family, and professional printing options are all included. Albums ship separately within 8-10 weeks.
Common questions about working with us
We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season (October-February) dates. However, we occasionally have last-minute availability, so it never hurts to enquire.
Absolutely. We've photographed weddings across India and in over 15 countries. For destinations outside Mumbai, travel and accommodation are either included in your package or quoted separately based on location.
This varies by coverage, but typically 75-100 final, edited images per hour of shooting. For a full multi-day wedding, expect 600-900 carefully curated photographs.
We don't provide RAW files, as our editing is integral to our style. All delivered images are high-resolution JPEGs suitable for any print size. We're happy to discuss specific editing requests for particular images.
We shoot with dual-card cameras, so every image is saved to two cards simultaneously. We travel with backup camera bodies, lenses, and lighting. Your images are safe with us.
While our style is primarily documentary, we do set aside time for essential family group photos and couple portraits. We keep these relaxed and efficient — organized, but never stiff.
The remaining 70% is due one week before your wedding date. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and international wire transfers for destination clients.
We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, we'll transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability) at no additional charge if notified at least 60 days in advance.
